Cleaning: You won't need to wash your extensions frequently, but when you do, opt for a mild, gentle shampoo. Rinse them under running water, apply a moisturizing conditioner all over, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Afterward, rinse and allow them to air dry just as you would with your natural hair.

The extensions may lose color over time, even with occasional use. If the color fades, you can always restore their vibrancy by recoloring them. To preserve the color, we recommend minimizing the number of washes, and when you do wash them, use cold water. Storage: Gently detangle and comb your extensions, and then safely store them in the provided hair carrier.

We are delighted to offer our customers the option to initiate returns, provided they adhere to specific criteria. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original, unaltered state and returned within 7 days of delivery. If eligible, a store credit will be issued for the returned item, as we do not offer refunds.
